Under similar feed-gas conditions, the project scaled processing capacity up to 1,100 Nm³/h, using RefineTek's proprietary combination of membrane separation, PSA and alloy hydrogen-absorption/desorption technology to achieve deep separation with helium purity above 99.9999% mol and recovery above 95%. The system was optimized for large-throughput operating conditions, runs stably and is easy to maintain, fully validating the replicability and scalability of RefineTek's core technology across projects of different processing scales.
