Using RefineTek's proprietary combined membrane separation and PSA process, the project efficiently recovers hydrogen from the tail gas of polysilicon production, purifying it to above 99.999% mol with a recovery rate above 95%. The recovered high-purity hydrogen can be returned to the production system for recycling, significantly reducing the enterprise's feedstock gas procurement cost and supporting green, low-carbon production in the photovoltaic polysilicon industry.
